All information provided at the time of account creation must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. If any information changes, the member must notify the authority promptly. Providing false information will be considered a violation of the terms.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. If any unauthorized access to your account occurs, the authority must be notified immediately.

The following rules apply to transactions on 299k:

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Accepted methods for depositing on the platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). The authority does not charge any additional fees for deposits, however the payment provider may have its own charges.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions & Process

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure the wagering requirement has been completed.

3.3 Identity Verification

4.1 Welcome Bonus

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, winnings from that bonus become withdrawable after placing a total of ৳10,000 in wagers.

4.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• Bonuses must be used within a specified time period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another user.

• If an unusual betting pattern is identified at the authority's discretion, the bonus may be cancelled.
